
CDL driver/ laborer
The driver will safely pickup or deliver construction materials to and/or from the construction project sites in a timely and professional manner. The CDL-A driver will haul paving and heavy equipment and CDL B drivers drive blower trucks. Additionally you will work as part of the job when they are not hauling equipment or materials.
Duties/Responsibilities:

You will operate a class A or B truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.

You will transport loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.

You will maneuver trucks and trailers into loading and unloading areas, following loading crew signals.
-
You will assist with loading of construction materials, using specialized equipment when warranted; unloads empty skids and returns all equipment to designated area.

You will maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork i.e., delivery documentation to the office or other appropriate staff when delivery is complete.

You will facilitate routine service on trucks, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air, reports maintenance malfunctions to the operations manager.

Concrete Installer
The concrete technician will lay, smooth, and finish poured concrete surfaces for various residential, commercial, and municipal building sites. Projects may include but not limited to pads, patios, sidewalks, ramps, ADA curb cuts, stairways and retaining walls.

You will build and use forms to shape concrete to specified levels and consistencies.

You will use a variety of tools, such as straight-edges, floats, rakes, shovels, trowels, and brooms, to spread, level, smooth, and finish concrete.

You will Level and prepare surfaces as needed by chipping, scraping, and grinding uneven spots or ridges using power or hand tools.

You will repair and reinforce existing concrete surfaces, which may include removing ridges and cavities, resurfacing, or cleaning.

You will clean surfaces, tools, and surrounding area thoroughly.

Working Foreman
The working foreman supervises operators and laborers on the crew and will coordinate the work of subcontractors and other trades relevant to their construction roles.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

You will assign and supervises the work of the construction staff, contractors, suppliers, and workers.

You will ensure work is completed on schedule.

You perform quality work with your crew.

You will ensure each assigned worker follows all safety standards.

You will perform daily walkthroughs of project/work site to confirm availability and use of proper materials and tools.

You will recognize and promptly address issues so that work can continue on schedule.

You will coordinate activities for the job through collaboration and communication with other management or technical staff and contractors.

Oversees and adheres to budgets and schedules for projects.

Identifies and recommends solutions for production problems, as required.

Heavy Equipment operator
We are currently seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience Operating Heavy Equipment on large and small commercial construction sites. Experience using backhoes, excavators, dozers, skid steers, bobcats, rollers, pavers, and dump trucks. CDL A license preferred. Hoisting license required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper care while equipment is in use
• Operating an excavator
• Daily safety inspections on all pieces of equipment being used
• Promote workplace safety and environmental practices
• Perform other duties as required
Position Qualifications
• Hands-on experience using Heavy Equipment
• Valid OSHA10 within first 30 days
• Specific experience working with an excavator, rock truck, bulldozer or backhoe
• CDL A license, preferred
