We are currently seeking an Equipment Operator/laborer to join our growing team. Our work is challenging, well-compensated, fun, and unlike any job you have ever had. This job provides training, variety, advancement opportunities, and the chance to grow with us as we continue to expand our business. The right individual will have experience Operating Heavy Equipment on large and small commercial construction sites such as backhoes, excavators, dozers, skid steers, bobcats, rollers, pavers, and dump trucks.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper care while equipment is in use

• Operating an excavator, backhoe, skid steer etc

• Daily safety inspections on all pieces of equipment being used

• Promote workplace safety and environmental practices

 

Applicants Must:

• Hands-on experience using Heavy Equipment

• Valid OSHA10 within first 30 days

• Specific experience working with an excavator, rock truck, bulldozer or backhoe

• CDL A or B license preffered

• Hoisting license required

We are a growing company, currently seeking hard-working, dependable technicians to join our exceptional team. Our work is challenging, well-compensated, fun, and unlike any job you have ever had. The right individual will have familiarity and experience in using computerized aided drafting software systems with an understanding of GPS machine control and construction staking as well as project management.
 

Responsibilities:

GPS/Machine Control Technician

  • Set up projects for use of GPS machine control, set up 3D models of site plans and collection of as-built information

  • Verify site set-ups, calibrations, localizations, and machine measurements for accuracy

  • Perform site calibrations, pre-surveys, progress surveys, and as-builts as necessary

  • Train, educate, and assist field personnel with the use and operation of GPS and positioning construction equipment

  • Maintain and troubleshoot GPS equipment 
     

Foreman

  • Supervising and managing construction crews

  • Tracking and recording expenditures 

  • Creating and maintaining crew and production schedules

  • Communicating goals and objectives with crew members, clients, and management 

  • Ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
     

Applicants must:

  • 1-3 years experience in GPS/Machine Control

  • 1-3 years of construction management and/or project management experience

  • Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills

  • Topcon, Carlson, and Auto-CAD experience a plus

  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Strong mathematical and communication skills

  • Must be able to analyze, process, and troubleshoot data related problems. 

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, walk for long periods of time, and complete work in a variety of weather conditions

  • Available to work a variety of hours as needed including nights, weekends and holidays

The right individual will be ​​​​​passionate about landscape and construction design, possess the ability to work with a team, and enjoy performing a wide variety of tasks which change daily.

Responsibilities:

  • You will operate a class A or B truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.

  • You will transport loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.

  • Safely operate any truck or equipment needed to perform duties.

  • You will maneuver trucks and trailers into loading and unloading areas, following loading crew signals.

  • You will assist with loading of construction materials, using specialized equipment when warranted; unloads empty skids and returns all equipment to designated area.

  • You will maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork i.e., delivery documentation to the office or other appropriate staff when delivery is complete.

  • You will facilitate routine service on trucks, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air.

  • Reports maintenance malfunctions or repairs using our manager plus app as needed.

  • Must report all hours and routes through our TSheets app for time management for payroll daily.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Applicants Must:

  • Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points.

  • Ability to remain focused in busy environment.

  • You must have a valid CDL A/B 

  • Have an OSHA 10 certificate or ability to get it

  • Have a Medical DOT and pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.

  • Applying pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and other chemicals as needed 
     

Applicants must: 

  • Be able to lift 70 or more pounds

  • Ability to operate standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers

  • Be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime

  • Valid driver's license required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • OSHA-10 certificate 

  • Valid DOT card required
